HealthQuest Swim School Mission/Philosophy
Our mission is to provide high quality swim instruction in a safe, structured, and friendly environment utilizing state-of-the-art facilities available to the entire community. Our greatest concern is the safety and health of our participants. We believe that by maintaining small class sizes we are able to provide the appropriate focus and attention necessary for our students to successfully reach their goals.
Swim Lesson Attire
All participants should come to class in proper swim attire ie: bathing suits/swim trunks. Children who are not potty trained must wear tight fitting plastic pants or a tight fitting swim suit over their swim diapers while in the pool. If swimmers have long hair we recommend that is is tied back so that it does not get in their face during lessons. Water shoes are permitted but not required. No shirts or additional clothing may be worn by either parent or child. Everyone must shower prior to entering pool.
Aquatics Staff
All lifeguards are certified by the American Red Cross in Lifesaving, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. All instructors are CPR and First Aid certified by the American Red Cross and are required to pass the HealthQuest Training Program prior to teaching classes.
