Since joining the HealthQuest team in May 2016, Celeste has shown nothing but team spirit. She is always willing to help out fellow employees to cover any shift even if it means closing one night and being here at 7 am the next day. Celeste is always asking if anyone needs help in other departments. She has stuffed pinatas, curled ribbon for events, counted and even took it upon herself to tidy the apparel display by refolding and straightening every article in the display cabinet, and has helped tremendously to help get things ready for camp as well as filling new member folders. Basically, she never backs away from anything given to her and has accepted every challenge gracefully. Celeste always shows up early for work with a smile on her face and ready to help. It is a pleasure to have Celeste as part of the front desk team.
Ben is always ready to go! Filled with a plethora of knowledge, some would say Snapple bottle tops would be jealous. Over the past year, this northern southern guy has stepped up to any challenge with great attitude and respect. He takes his job seriously and looks to improve daily. Thank you Ben – go Pirates!!!

Ben hails to us as a southern boy in a northern world
Filled with knowledge Snapple tops find covetous
So many ways to lift, push – pull – gripped and curled
Nothing seems too frivolous…
Long hair – don’t care
Full beard – not feared
Monster Lift – moves swift

Celebrating our March Difference Maker! David Gilheany is an instrumental part of the Pilates Studio. He is dedicated to giving the best possible workout to his clients and tailoring group classes to meet everyone’s needs! David’s skills range from making Pilates concepts approachable to beginners, to choreographing challenging exercises for the advanced client. David has both humor and energy to create workouts that are fun, while pushing clients to new limits. He builds relationships with his clients that keep them coming back! This picture captures David’s spirit and dedication to the studio.

The BodyPump Team presented the 100th release of BodyPump at HealthQuest on Saturday, January 14th in three packed classes. The team works hard all year to bring this program to our members. Group Fitness does a fantastic job explaining our core values, especially in the area of Teamwork – Open Communication – Motivation and Accountability. The team meets several times prior to a launch to practice execution and choreography so that we are all on the same page. In most classes you will find more than one instructor teaching even though they are not all being paid. The comradery you find with all of our teams is amazing and what makes us the best group fitness in the area, and I will argue in the state! In addition to working well together, the team has a special relationship with our members. We have so many members who come in just for Pump and are very attached to their instructors. We have worked with thousands of people helping to motivate them to keep in shape – both mind and body.

I would like to speak upon Stella’s strengths at the HealthQuest Café while working as an employee of mine. She has demonstrated excellent customer service while I have been present. Stella is always polite and positive while at work; always smiling and pleasant to be around. If she is asked to perform a task, she does without second thought and is always happy to lend a hand. Stella has made a point to establish a profound relationship with the customers that stop by on a daily basis. She has always been punctual and is truly a team player.
While working at the Café, she has displayed that she has the company’s best interest at mind. The mission at HealthQuest is based on providing high quality to its clientele while handling various tasks at once; Stella has more than proved she has achieved this mission.
