Here at HealthQuest, we offer something for everyone!
There are a wide array of group fitness classes that are scheduled daily.
Whether you’re a parent, a senior, a student, an individual, or a child, there are activities for all ages.
We offer Zumba, Yoga, Spin, Step, Pilates, Pump, Impact, Flow, Combat, Attack just to name a few.
As well as youth programs such as Dance, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Basketball & Soccer.

Group Fitness Etiquette
- Please be on time for all classes.
- Do not enter class before the previous class has ended.
- Do not step over other members carrying weights.
- This is Group Exercise. Please follow the instructor.
- Do not allow your child to help you set up for Body Pump or Spin classes.
- All children must be checked into KidQuest, Sports Center, or CyberQuest.
- You must be 14 years old to take Group Fitness classes. A select amount of Kidz classes are offered seasonally, please check the schedule.
- Please clean Spin bikes with a sprayed paper towel. Raise all seats and handlebars.
- No one is allowed to enter any of the exercise rooms, use the stereo or any equipment unless you are participating in a class!
All Group Fitness instructors hold numerous certifications and are CPR and First Aid Certified.
