Small Group Personal Training
Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) will allow you to mix and match training styles across 8 different offerings within the program. Great fitness results can be accomplished in a small group setting under the guidance of caring and knowledgeable HealthQuest Trainers.

Work out in a group while pushing each other to reach your fitness goals in a friendly, competitive atmosphere, all while being led by a knowledgeable fitness professional.
Each SGPT member will have the choice of a complimentary onboarding meeting where you will meet with a fitness professional who can prescribe a personalized program to guide you toward accomplishing your fitness goals. Unlimited monthly memberships will receive additional access to nutrition tips, ongoing consultations and workout logs.
Follow your personalized program to reach your goals. Quarterly check-ins make sure you stay on track and receive necessary adjustments to your training plan. Work as a community to achieve a healthier lifestyle and participate in occasion team activities. Complete challenges to reach group goal!

GRIT – 30 minute sessions
Les Mills GRIT SERIES is a high-intensity interval training team work out that drives you to push hard and get fit super fast. The 30-minute workouts combine weightlifting, running and plyometrics that increase aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance and power.capacity, strength, muscular endurance and power.
Bootcamp – 30 minute sessions
Bootcamp style: This intense circuit keeps your heart rate up, burns calories, and tones your whole body. You never know what challenge comes next.
TRX – 30 minute sessions
TRX Suspension Training delivers a fast, effective total-body workout that develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.
BootyBarre – 1 hour sessions
An energetic and fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. No dance experience needed! The BootyBarre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast.
Roll and Release – 30 minute sessions
Have a recovery day? Need some relief from sore muscles? Try out our new Roll and Release session which uses foam rolling and stretching techniques to aid in muscle recovery.
Garage Strength – 1 hour sessions
Training designed for those looking to burn fat while building lean muscle utilizing foundational movements such as push, pull, hinge, squat, carry and much more!
Garage Metcon – 1 hour sessions
Training for those looking to shed body fat with a variety of circuit-style workouts. Garage Metcon delivers a high-intensity metabolic conditioning workout. Utilize your Polar watch or borrow one during the session to follow how heart rate training brings you results.
Tabata – 30 minute sessions
Tabata will give you a full body conditioning in just 30 minutes! Give everything you have for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in this style of training that is sure to keep you moving.

- 11-pack: $150
- Allows you the flexibility of attending any SGPT sessions when you want without monthly commitment.
- Unlimited Sessions: $129/month ($99 for the month of November 2017)
