The Garage was built to provide members with an experience they can’t receive in a commercial setting. In The Garage we focus on the basics, building strength and improving our body’s basic foundational movements. Our coaches will provide results driven training and keep you motivated each time you enter The Garage!
Our Core Class Offerings

Training for those looking to shed body fat with a variety of circuit-style workouts. Garage Metcon delivers a high-intensity metabolic conditioning workout. Utilize your Polar watch or borrow one during the session to follow how heart rate training brings you results.

Training designed for those looking to burn fat while building lean muscle utilizing foundational movements such as push, pull, hinge, squat, carry and much more!
How to Join Small Group Personal Training in The Garage
- Single Session: $15
- 11-pack: $150
- Allows you the flexibility of attending any SGPT sessions when you want without monthly commitment.
- Unlimited Sessions: $129/month ($99 for the month of November 2017)
- Allows unlimited monthly access to any SGPT sessions, plus, the creation of a personalized plan by a HealthQuest Personal Trainer. We will help set, track and maintain your fitness goals.
